Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and manage our online presence across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning for creative/event-based brands and be able to convert online engagement into leads or ticket sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including all content creation, community management, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Work with the photography and video teams to build creative content.

​

• Lead digital campaigns and event promotion (ticketed events, exhibitions, and launches).

​

• Manage platform engagement, community messages, and comments.

 

• Analyze all key metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and generate reports, while collaborating with internal marketing and PR teams to ensure brand alignment.Required Skills & Experience

 

• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing / social media / PR.

 

• Content planning, caption writing, social analytics understanding.

 

• A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

 

• English required; Mandarin is an advantage (Chinese client base and Chinese platforms).

 

• Bonus: Experience in events, influencer communication, or fashion/creative industries.
